by the way, eva, i couldnt , add the prefooter and footer area, can you add them for me ,i mean the blocks, like in the demo content.

i couldnt add the prefooter menu
i couldnt edit the footer2 menu,i need to edit the footer menu, acording to my info,i looked at the guide but couldnt be successfulll
the current footer2 menu is not editable from admin,it says create blocks and widgets, i couldnt find them.

There was planned a new feature in the theme, but it’s still not released and Prefooter section was added into the theme update by mistake. We’ll fix this in our next update.
So prefooter area won’t work.
Please clarify what exactly you want to change in footer block and we’ll help you.

well then , let me saymore clear.
as you can see in my website http://www.vipinci.com , the footer area,with 4 sections
1- about royal store – i want to write there my own ,company info
2- the information links – i will change them with my own links
3 – flickr photos-i want to put there my tweets
4- recent posts- it is ok
i still couldnt find the place to edit them.
in your documentation,it says create blocks,and widgets, which is very complicated, and i am not successfull.

I’ve added static block with the footer items. To edit it go to Static Blocks, select Footer block. You’ll be able to edit each element.

thanks ,i edited them, but instead of , flickr photos, i added twitter ,but it is showing not in the right place.
an other problem is, none of the emails are working, the order emails, newsletter emails, can you check the email settings.

regarding to emails, it is not related with mailchimp,
normailly an email must come to me , when an order is placed,and a copy to the , customer.
these emails are not coming ,to me and customer.
also when i , enter email to newsletter,it says ,there is a problem.

yes as i said before ,i created the twitter widget as described in the documentation.
you can see my twitter widget at the admin .
also i gave you all my twitter access.
all i want to see is,my latest tweets at the footer area.
i wrote my twitter link at private content and there is a full access in the previous message.
by the way , your support is getting worse, i wrote a message and you reply with a question 24 hours later,it takes 2-3 days when problem solved.

Ok I will try to clarify
In royal theme for travel agency you have slider with the buttons “shop now” and “feature”
Below them in the pricing tables there are 3 products with the button “Buy Now”
I wonder how can I manage the process of adding to cart, so when I click on those buttons the particular product would go to the Shopping cart automatically;

Sorry for a delay.
To make a product be added into the cart you need add the link https://travelo.ge/?add-to-cart=19057 for the button in Price box element, where 19057 is the product id which needs to be added.

Ok, I think I find the problem, but I only need the ID number to be correct. Where can i find it?
Because 19057 is the ID for another product; Not for the item from the price box;
Could you clarify where is IDs for this sort of items?

A product should be added to Products in wp-admin panel and there you’ll see its ID.
Sorry, but we can’t guarantee full compatibility of that plugin and our theme because we didn’t test it.
