Add to cart quantity not adding more then 1 to the cart

Add to cart button with quantity is not working if you select more then one quantity and click add to cart, only 1 item add to the cart instead of selected quantity. it effect on shop pages, archive and single product page
Would you please take a look
the admin credentials are in private content area
When I tried to check with customizer it works but front end it is not working.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

I did the test and It look like WP-Rocket Plugin conflicting it,
