Add vertical column in single product page, in demo theme exist.

Hello,

I’m almost done customizing the theme. I’m almost ready to move the site to the server, as I’m now working locally.
So I need some last advice.
1) From the video you can see that on the single product page of the demo theme there is a vertical banner on the right: “PEOPLE ALSO BOUGHT”, OUR SERVICES and more.
I would like to add that sidebar and customize it, to the theme I’m customizing. as you can see from the video in my personalization there is not.
How do I enter it?

2) There is a way to add a widget (first create it) on the single product page in which I show the category of that product with an image or logo. Obviously the content varies according to the product.
for example: to a gluten-free food I add an image with the ear crossed out and to a vegan product I add a vegan image
