Hello,

I wanted to reach out and ask how I can add my own content to the ourservice and special products section that is found on the single product page

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query. To add your own content to the “Our Service” and “Special Products” sections on the single product page, you can follow these steps:
Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > edit content of Single product page sidebar. For example you can create a static block with the desired result
