Adding search bar at the top of my landing page for mobile

hello, I’m trying to add search Mar at the top of my screen , at the mobile webpage , I attached an image to demonstrate the the bar but on different website .
can you please guide me how to add that

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.
