Adding to cart is slow. Loading icon? - by Odi

Hi,

I have the Ajax on add to cart turned off. The process of adding to the cart is extremely slow and takes 5-6 seconds to complete which is confusing for customers who end up adding products more that once.

Is there any way that the Add to cart button can be changed to a loading icon to keep customers from clicking on it multiple time until it’s actually reflected on the Cart.

Please let me know ASAP. Thanks.

Could you please provide link to your site?
Such changes request additional require additional customization, but customizations are not covered under our Support Policy.

As I see, you use old theme version, so I would recommend you update theme, very likely your problem will be solved

Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/royal/ to avoid problems with old files (it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package).
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.
Also, update all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ http://prntscr.com/gtwfrk

Today was released a new version of woocommerce – 3.2.0, but our theme is not compatible with this version right now, so please do not update woocommerce, until 3.3 version of royal theme will be released.
