When adding video to the product gallery, then image variation does not work. attached details in private….

We are unable to access your website backend, Please provide valid wp-admin access in private content area so we can take a closer look at your settings and help you.

1/ You need to add images here – https://prnt.sc/YZj34ctVzZJS or unselect variations here https://prnt.sc/Qf3fg1LH4f6T or disable the variation gallery via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product page https://prnt.sc/OPnhQpLo6TfC

2/ Please be advised that when the ‘Variation Gallery’ is activated on a product page, the display will be limited to the Variation Image Gallery exclusively. This means that the product video and the standard product gallery will not be displayed concurrently with the Variation Image Gallery.

This is a default functionality. Changes require additional code customization.

Upon reviewing your website, we noticed that a variation image gallery has not been configured. This is the reason why variation images are not appearing on the front end of your site.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the product in question.
2. Go to the “Variations” section.

Once completed, please check your website again to ensure the issue is resolved.

Can gallery image fields be downloaded to CSV with import-export so I can copy all URLs from variation to the gallery image field?

Thank you for your response

By default, WooCommerce’s built-in product Import/Export tool does not include gallery image fields in the export file. However, you can use third-party plugins, which better meets your requirements but at your own risk.

1. hi. In private, there is a variation issue with the video after setting the images in the variation gallery.
2. can you share the field’s name related so I can write a snippet?

The correct format for the gallery images field should be:

et_variation_gallery[3253][]

Please note that the number 3253 represents the variation ID.
