Additional Checkout Attributes – for Woocommerce

I bought a plugin for woocommerce and creators told me that ar some issues on my them that dosent let plugin to run ok…
How can I solve this issue please

Hello,

1) We can’t guarantee the compatibility of our theme with all the existing plugin. Sometimes either theme or plugin should be customized.
2) Could you explain in more detail what exactly does not work? Provide as many details as you can to allow us to reproduce the issue by your description.
3) Have you checked if everything works as expected with the default WP theme like Storefront, for example?
4) Provide us with temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check if we could fix the problem directly in theme files or you should submit additional customization request.

Hello,

Is a plugin with drag and drop to add additional checkbox with price in checkout page …
The drag and drop option dosent work …
If I try with other theme … plugin works ok…

Test with Storefront theme if you need to check plugin

Can you tell me what was the issue please because accesoriipretioase.ro is just a temporary domain … I’ll move to main domain in few days and I want to know how to solve it if get again the issue.

Hello,

The problem was related to the calling of some default WP script. But we checked that everything works fine even without it, so we removed that line of the code. Replace xstore/framework/admin.php file on the main domain from the temporary domain if you have already installed xstore there.

Hello,

Why do you need such details? Just replace xstore/framework/admin.php file. Don’t edit files of the parent theme by yourself to avoid problems.
