Adjusting Settings for "Related Products"

Is there a way to adjust the settings to make the “Related Products” that display at the bottom of the product pages more accurate?

Right now it appears to be a bit to random. We’re hoping for a way to set this to only display products with the same attributes (defined by us).

Hello,

Sorry, but there is no such feature. Related products are loading from the same category where current product is added or have the same tags.
