Hi xteam,
Was doing a product purchase test, but both admin and customer had
not recieved email confirmation on the mobile and laptop. Had also cleared all cache.

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme). Do you have the mentioned issue when the Storefront theme is enabled?

Hi, are you referring to the parent theme main one? if you referrering to another one, wont it destroy the current site if i install and activate? Can you instruct with a screenshot?

We ask you to check with the Storefront theme (default WP theme), not with the XStore parent theme. If you switch to the default theme, check the emails, and then switch back to XStore child you won’t lose your settings. The only thing that could be messed up after that is widgets, in case that happens you just need to go to Appearance > Widgets and put the widgets in place again.

Thanks for the reply. It means the problem is independent of the theme, so our theme support can’t help you, unfortunately. We would recommend you to contact support of WooCommerce plugin and your hosting provider.

i have contacted my hosting provider, and they have solved it. The feeback goes the following:
Thank you for patiently waiting. I could see that your sendmail was recently disabled for your hosting account where the domain abloja.com was added. I have enabled it for you. Could you try to test if the emails are working now?
