After adding text in Text block I cannot save changes….

    Hi,
    About a two days ago I upgrade xstore and after it, there were problems with changes savings in product text block. Sometimes it worked but most time does not. Today I did next xstore update thnking it will be working correct like before but the problem is still. I made changes in one product, and again I cannot save changes in text block.
    Before last two xstore updates, it was working perfect and there were never problems with saving changes in text block.

    1/ Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

    2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Hi,

    I think there has been a misunderstanding. I have been using xstore for 3 years, and the problem with not being able to save changes appeared a few days ago after the latest update. No new plugins have been installed, and we cannot disable them in our online store that has been operating for 3 years. The problem appeared in your xstore update.

    Here is the link to video record.
    When I add some text to text block of single product, I cannot save changes, as you can see in the video. But when I close it and open again I can add some text and save it.
    Before last xstore updates it was working correct and I could save it after all changes.

    I turn off WPBakery Page Builder like you suggested, and I lost home page ….. Moreover, I cannot turn it on again because it want a licence from me, that was a part of xstore !!!!
    What to do ?????

    Ok I turn it on, but I cannot upgrade it, because it want a new licence and I cannot turn it off because we use it in our store. So the problem is still.

    Clearly, you do not understand the problem, so I will write it again!!! I have been using your XSTORE in my store for about 3 years, in addition to using several other plugins that have been part of the store for these 3 years and cannot be discontinued. UNTIL THE LAST UPDATE OF YOUR XSTORE EVERYTHING WORKED WITHOUT ISSUES. CHANGES WERE SAVING WITHOUT PROBLEMS, AND ALL OTHER PLUGINS WERE THE SAME. SO I DO NOT ADDED NEW PKUGINS. THE PROBLEM STARTED AFTER THE LAST XSTORE UPDATE, SO YOU DO NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM BY DISABLING ALL OTHER PLUGINS WITHOUT WHICH OUR STORE WILL NOT WORK. SUCH SUPPORT IS A JOKE!!!

    Moreover, I have checked several times the version with other plugins disabled, and unfortunately, it doesn’t help much because sometimes I can edit, and sometimes the edits do not save. It is random, so as I mentioned, the problem appeared in your plugin and does not depend on other installed plugins. It does not matter if we clear the cache, cookies, etc. Please provide an effective solution to the problem and restore the full functionality of XStore as it was about a week ago.

    It appears there is an issue with version 7.7 of the plugin. Version 7.7.1 is expected to resolve this issue; however, it is not currently available. We will need to wait for the update to be released. In the meantime, we recommend continuing to use the previous version of the plugin.

    and I there is no update in xstore plugin installer

    Hi,
    I upgrade WPBakery but the problem with savings changes is still. It does not work your proposition to save it. It works selectively, and mainly this method does not work.
    So when it starts working normally ?

    You said that you repair it in next update. Im not going to show you again the same problem. Everything you have in up in previous descriptions.
    Is it so hard to understand that I have been using your plugin every day for 3 years and the problem with saving changes appeared a week ago and continues to this day. I haven’t installed any other plugins, I know what the cache is and I clear it both automatically and manually. The problem is with your plugin, not my cache or browser.

    Hi,
    I want to cooperate but the problem is the same like we started conversation. So I can again prepare video and it looks identically. I ty to add or change text in product text block and I cannot save it !!! I use firefox, clean cache, clean cache in wordpress and the problem is there. BUT LIKE I SAID BEFORE A FEW TIMES, I USE IT 3 YEARS AND NEVER WAS A PROBLEM IN THIS PLASE, WE USE PRODUCT TEXT BLOCK ALL THE TIME BECAUSE WE ADD NEW PRODUCTS AND MAKE CHANGES. SO THE PROBLEM SHOWED UP ABOUT A WEEK AGO AND DESPITE UPDATES, IT STILL OCCURNS.

    “I use firefox” – thank you, you did not mention this before. Please also provide the URL of what exactly page you tried to edit.
    Please test how it works in the Chrome browser, and yes, please provide a video one more time, but from the Chrome browser.

    You one one customer who has this problem and we really want to help you. If the issue can’t be solved (however we currently do not see the problem on your site) we can offer you a refund, and you will be able to change the theme, but this situation is independent of the theme, because the WPBakery plugin will work the same with any theme you activate.

    You must be joking, we have a functioning store with 300 products, which is based on your platform, which has been working without any problems for 3 years and there was no such problem. I still use firefox but I have the same problem in chrome. The costs of a possible change of platform are several thousand EURO and not a refund of EUR 50 for the plugin !!!
    For now we spent several hundred euros corresponding and looking for a problem.
    There are new updates (show now) for Bakery 7.7.2 and woocommerce. I will do it and see what next
