    Hello,
I tried everything, and I don’t have any custom code, any redirection plugin, checked theme settings, saved permalink, but nothing works.
After an order is placed, it redirects to cart instead of order-received endpoint.
This is important as I cannot have conversions counted properly.
Also, any non-existent page gets redirect to shop page instead of 404.
    Please help

    thank you

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello vyperlook,

Please temporarily activate the Storefront theme (Appearance > Themes) and check how it works with this default WooCommerce theme.
Should the issue persist irrespective of the theme activated on your site, we advise you to contact WooCommerce support for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Additionally, try to downgrade the PHP version to 8.1 or 8.2 (the hosting provide can do this for you).

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hi @vyperlook,

We could see that you have more than 28 active plugins.

We advise disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. You can view a list of the included plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. After deactivating these plugins, please clear your browser’s cache and verify if the issue still persists. This is an important step as third-party plugins can often lead to conflicts.

If the problem continues, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated and grant us permission to debug your site. This includes deactivating any on-site customizations. This measure will enable us to conduct a thorough investigation and provide you with the necessary assistance.

FYI: Before proceeding with the troubleshooting or any updates, we strongly recommend taking a complete backup of your site to safeguard against any potential data loss.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
