Hello,
after completing the payment process in the shopping cart, you will be redirected to the 404 error page.
Is it possible to transfer the customer to a page containing all the details of his requests?
Or if you have other ideas, please share them with us.
You can try purchasing a product from my store..it is free.
Thank you
Hello, Alzain,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please switch to WooCommerce default theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes) in order to check if the issue is restricted to XStore only? Let us know the result.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
thanks for your reply.
I am currently browsing on mobile.
I added the Twenty Seventeen template. To try it quickly.
But I did not get the (add to cart) button. So I reactivated the xstore-child template.
And I found a slight change in the header (attached picture). What are these lines in the head? It didn’t exist before.
Can you solve this too?
I hope you try the site yourself. And let me know the problem.
I appreciate your efforts in helping me.
Hello, Alzain,
The test should be done with the Storefront theme, because this is the default WooCommerce theme.
Header Builder > Main menu > Computed box > change any value > Save. Close Theme Options and check the result on frontend, borders should disappear

Hello
I did Storefront Ecommerce Shop template
I added a new product
But on the product page, I did not find the product details (product image – add to favorites – buy the product).
So I cannot try to purchase this product.
Please try for yourself..
I tried another method
Activate a template 1
Then I added the product to the shopping cart
Then I activated the Storefront Ecommerce Shop > Modern Ecommerce template
I wrote down all the billing and shipping information and all the requirements
Then click on payment
I get an error message:
There was an error processing your request. Please check your payment method for any charges and review your order history before placing an order again.
I don’t want to experience more than that… the problem might get bigger…
So I leave you room to experiment and solve the problem, please
Dear Alzain,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would like to inform you that we have identified a potential conflict involving Pro Elements, WooCommerce, and the Arabic language configuration on your site. Although we were unable to replicate the issue on our end, we have implemented a hotfix in the functions.php file located in your child theme to resolve the matter.
Could you please verify the functionality on your end and confirm whether the issue has been successfully resolved?
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best Regards,
The 8Theme Team
Thank you very much
You did a wonderful job
Currently I tried the purchase process and everything is fine
But what about the control panel language?
It is currently in English, I tried to change it to Arabic and saved the change, but it still works in English even after changing it to Arabic!!
In this case, there is a difference in the direction of the text from right (Arabic) to left (English).
Can you help me make the control panel work in Arabic?

Your assistance to me is appreciated
Dear Alzain,
We hope this message finds you well. To enhance your experience on our website, our team temporarily updated the language settings on your Profile page to English: https://prnt.sc/vK57fWplK_sf
We have since reverted the settings to Arabic. Could you please confirm if everything appears correctly on your end?
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
