    Hello,

    What exactly can’t be changed?
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
If you want to edit header of the Home page, go to Theme Options > Header builder > Multiple headers > edit header for the Front page.
Here is a video about Multiple headers – https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc

    Hello,

    Have you checked Multiple headers?
About temporary access, create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

For example, I removed the website template LOGO and released it, but the LOGO will still be displayed when I enter the website through plateaustar.com

    Hello,

On your site not our theme is activated now, and we cant login – https://prnt.sc/1rgmk81
About the logo, it can be cache or Multiple headers. So check Shop or any other page, not Home, and clear cache of browser/server.

    Regards

In the preview I can do it, but in the live site I can’t.

    Please check the previous reply.
1/ We can’t login to your site. Please provide URL and temporary wp-admin access that work.
2/ Theme Options > Header builder > Multiple headers > edit header for the Front page. If this doesn’t work, we need to login your site to be able to check the problem.

    Regards
