After I press to product page, its automatically moves down for description, how i can turn off it?

To prevent this issue, please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Single Product Builder> Tabs > First Tab Opened and All Tabs Opened > and set it to “OFF” before publishing.

Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

Also, create temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.

but possible to not click for tab, that should be to disclosed by default, but not moving down after enter the product page?

Hello, Yash1n,

Thank you for your response.

If you do not want to disable “All Tabs Opened” and then “First Tab Opened” via Tabs settings in Theme options, this behavior can’t be changed.
Current behavior is predefined in theme code and can’t be changed without additional customization there, unfortunately, there is no ready solution right now.

You can try to do the next:
– go to Single Product Builder > Tabs > Elements > disable Description and Reviews
– Detached Reviews > On; All Tabs Opened and First Tab Opened > Off;
– add Full description element from the bottom panel into page content before tabs – https://prnt.sc/vb-Zl8d5Dr_f
– check the result.
