    Hello,

After creating our e-shop to a staging environment to the domain bedandmore.com.gr , today we migrated the whole wordpress installation to the production domain bedandmore.gr.

After this process, while trying to get product links, the product links work fine, but the most of the product categories links we click do not work and lead to a critical error page.

We deactivated any caching plugin and checked if the permalinks structure changed and it is the same..

Could you please help us with this?

Thank you very much in advance!

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello PanosN,

Thank you for reaching out and providing a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing after migrating your e-shop to the production domain bedandmore.gr.

It seems like you have already taken some initial troubleshooting steps by deactivating caching plugins and verifying the permalinks structure. To further assist you, could you please provide us with the following additional information:

    1. Are there any specific error messages displayed on the critical error page?
    2. Have you checked the error logs for any relevant entries that might point to the source of the issue?
    3. Could you confirm whether all files and databases were correctly transferred without any data loss?

In the meantime, we recommend re-saving your permalink settings if you haven’t done so already. Sometimes, simply re-saving these settings can resolve URL issues after a migration.

Please let us know the requested information at your earliest convenience and provide URL of page with the problem.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

Thank you for you instant responce.

There are no specific error messages displayed. Just the classic WordPress critical error page.

-Example URL of category path that doesn’t work: https://bedandmore.gr/product-category/ypnodomatio/

-Example URL of category path that works: https://bedandmore.gr/product-category/epipla-grafeiou/vivliothikes-grafeiou/

-Interestingly, the parent category path doesn’t work: https://bedandmore.gr/product-category/epipla-grafeiou/

There are some errors written to the server log. I attach a sceenshot.
For some reason I see that the GET requests show that they call urls that contain category ids and not category slugs.

Thank you for your help! You were right about the memory limit; that was indeed causing the problem.

However, there are still some issues occurring. I’m encountering random 500 errors when visiting the e-shop’s pages, which disappear upon refreshing the page. In debugging mode, I see PHP errors related to the et-core-plugin and some deprecated values. Additionally, I’m noticing unexpectedly high CPU usage that was not the case until now.
