    Hello,

Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check the issue in more detail?

    Regards

    Hello,

I see that you use CDN cache and we can’t apply our changes without flushing CDN.
Could you, please, log in to your account https://gyazo.com/e419480f716a44e11aa0f908a2a16d2e to allow us to flush the cache and test site speed after that?

    Regards

    Hello,

I have tested your site and the speed of the page loading is much better with our theme than with default for example.
    XStore test https://gtmetrix.com/reports/gbaazar.com/3pqNcvj0/
    Storefront default theme https://gtmetrix.com/reports/gbaazar.com/ZSFepwYA/
Grade is lower with our theme because of the number of the DOM elements (our theme has much more elements in the header, footer and hover effects for the products that the default theme does not have) but page loading time is 2.3s with our theme and 6 s with the default theme.

If you are interested to get a better grade then reduce the number of elements in the header and footer to more simple.

    Regards
