    Dear @shopsangam,

We have reviewed the issue you reported regarding the billing address placement. Upon inspection, we did not find any discrepancies, and it appears to be displayed as intended. Additionally, we noticed that the design of your ‘Thank You’ page differs from what was described. You can view the current design here: https://prnt.sc/telEYNSOhM9B.

Furthermore, we kindly request that you create separate topics for distinct inquiries. This approach facilitates easier navigation and comprehension of the discussions, allowing our customers to find and manage the answers they need more efficiently.

Should you require further customization on your website, please submit a request via the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to assisting you further.

I have a doubt pls clear , As i am using child theme so whenever updates come then my child theme also update or not.

Or it will work on old css that we have implemented. Any sequrity issue to use child theme?

    Dear @shopsangam,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you that updating the parent theme will not affect the files of your child theme. Therefore, any modifications you have made to your child theme will remain active and independent, regardless of whether the parent theme is updated.

However, please be advised that any changes made directly to the parent theme files will be overwritten and lost upon updating the parent theme. To ensure the longevity and functionality of your customizations, it is recommended to make all modifications within the child theme.

For a comprehensive understanding of how child themes work, I encourage you to read the official WordPress article on this topic, available at: https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/.

Thank you for your attention. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @shopsangam,

Yes, if you make changes in child-theme then your changes will not be lost after parent theme update as we already wrote you before -> https://prnt.sc/P0XaNh9eMdhB

but nobody suggest me to use child theme on website as a main theme. all are saying that child theme is used to some extra modification in your parent theme only.

so always used parent theme on website for security and to be updated of all the security and updated code and feature.

suggest me the right way only plz what have to do

    Hello @shopsangam

You are correct that the primary purpose of a child theme is to allow you to make modifications to your website without altering the parent theme’s core files. This ensures that you can update the parent theme without losing your customizations, which is crucial for maintaining the security and functionality of your website.

Here’s the right way to approach this:

    1. **Use a Parent Theme**: Always install and activate a well-supported parent theme. This theme should receive regular updates from its developers, including security patches and new features.

    2. **Create a Child Theme**: If you need to make customizations, create a child theme. The child theme will inherit the parent theme’s functionality, styles, and features. You can add your custom CSS, PHP, and other modifications in the child theme without affecting the parent theme.

    3. **Keep Your Parent Theme Updated**: Regularly update your parent theme to ensure you have the latest security updates and new features. Since your customizations are in the child theme, these updates won’t override your changes.

    4. **Regular Backups**: Always take regular backups of your website, including your child theme customizations. This ensures that you can restore your site if anything goes wrong during updates.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your website remains secure, up-to-date, and customized to your needs.

    Dear @shopsangam,

I hope this message finds you well.

We are writing to request further clarification on a couple of points regarding your usage of the parent theme:

    1. Could you please elaborate on your primary reasons for opting to use only the parent theme?
    2. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could describe any issues you encounter while using the parent theme that do not occur when using the child theme.

As we have mentioned previously, please be assured that using the child theme poses no security risks. Therefore, you can use it with confidence like thousand of other our customers.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your prompt response.

    Dear @shopsangam,

I hope this message finds you well. Upon reviewing your pages, we did not identify any specific style issues. However, we would like to offer some recommendations that may enhance your site’s performance:

    1. Please navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data. For detailed guidance, visit: https://elementor.com/help/regenerate-css-data/.

    2. We also suggest going to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. In this section, you should find options such as Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. We recommend disabling these options to potentially improve your site’s functionality.

Should you require any further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please, post separated questions in different topics.

    Dear @shopsangam,

I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that despite our previous requests, there continues to be a consolidation of multiple questions into single topics in your posts. We kindly ask you to segregate your questions into separate topics as per our forum guidelines. This practice not only aids in better organization but also ensures that each inquiry receives the appropriate attention and response.

Could you please share your reasons for combining various questions into one topic? Understanding your perspective on this matter will help us assist you more effectively.

Regarding your query about the wishlist, we have attached a video in the private area for your reference. Please review it as it addresses the concerns you raised, and we believe it should resolve any issues you are experiencing.

We value your participation in our community and are here to assist you. We kindly request that you adhere to our posting rules to maintain a structured and efficient forum environment.

Alternatively, you may consider deactivating our built-in Wishlist feature and installing the YITH Wishlist plugin, which is a free plugin available on the official WordPress plugins page. You can find it here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-wishlist/. We recommend testing this plugin to see if it resolves the issue, and we would appreciate your feedback on its performance.

    Dear @shopsangam,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention some important aspects regarding our support process and how we manage inquiries.

Firstly, while we understand that extensive discussions on a single topic might seem thorough, they do not necessarily enhance the efficiency of our support time. Our time management practices are designed to handle multiple queries, whether they are grouped in one thread or distributed across several. However, for optimal management and quicker resolution, we recommend separating different issues into distinct topics. This approach allows our support managers to address each issue concurrently, thereby speeding up the resolution process.

Regarding your recent interaction with our support team, I noticed that all your queries were directed to a single point of contact. To expedite our response time and distribute the workload evenly among our team members, I suggest submitting separate tickets for unrelated issues in future interactions.

Additionally, I would like to clarify our policy on sharing content. We provided you with a link to download a video via a private channel to adhere to our strict guidelines against publicly displaying URLs, user information, or website details. This measure is in place to ensure privacy and security for all our users.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,
