After saved draft, customizer not loading

After change website color and somethings, I save that changes with SAVE DRAFT. Then I close browser tab and now customizer not loading. I was tried with incognito and clear all caches and use another browser but it’s not loading.. I’m not using any caching plugins.

[SOLVED] – Deactivate X Store Core Plugin & load customizer. Finally it’s loaded. after I discard my drafts and reactivate X Store Core.. It’s Fixed… So….Please check and. fix this bug. Thank u.

Hello,

Yes, issue appeared because you saved theme options as Draft. Our developers are working to fix this issue. Follow our updates.

Is there still no fix for this? I’ve purchased this theme for many of my clients sites in the past year or 2, and now I’m concerned about this issue. This has just happened to a site I just launched a week ago. I did what the OP did and deactivated the core, refreshed customizer, clicked “discard change”, then reactivated the core and it seems to have worked.

I worry if this has caused any other issues that I won’t see until I go through the entire site. Luckily it happened on staging and not live. I’m afraid to implement this to live. I’d like to find out if this is being resolved still.

Hello,

We are still looking for a solution for the Draft saving. But it’s not fixed. So, please, just don’t save theme options like Draft, use Publish option. Then you won’t have any issues.
