    Good morning,

I make the premise that I am a user who has been building wordpress sites for years but I am not yet familiar with speed optimization.

This is the second time I have purchased your XSTORE theme as I like it very much for aesthetics and customization mode, but in both cases I had some annoying problems when I go to do speed optimization.

I have installed “W3 Total Cache” as indicated by you last time and the moment I go to configure it (following your instructions and guides) it happens that the site improves a little in terms of speed but gets so much worse in terms of loading.

In other words I created and configured the whole site, it was going very well and it was stable but very slow. I installed and configured “W3 Super Cache” and started having loading problems like the 2 photos you see below (one pre speed optimization and one post)

I don’t know how to solve this problem anymore and I need your help to understand please.

    Thank you!

    Claudio

    Hello, Clod,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We do not see the problem on your site, right now.

Please navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data. After doing so, please check the footer. It appears that the style file for the footer static blocks is either missing or incorrectly generated.
If the previous suggestion does not resolve the issue, please try disabling the “Static block cache” option in the Theme Options > Speed Optimization section and click on “Regenerate CSS & Data” one more time.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello,

thank you for your valuable help. I am finally starting to get my bearings thanks to your advice.

I did the first thing you recommended. I regenerated Elementor’s “CSS & Data.” When I do that all the static bloc problems are solved for 5-6 minutes. After that they start doing the same problems again.

I followed the installation procedure of your theme step by step. Everything worked fine until I started with speed optimization. Only after that did it cause problems. Is there anything that can be done to fix this “style file for the static blocks”?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello, Clod,

    Thank you for the reply.
We would recommend that you investigate which option of W3 Total Cache is causing the problem. Please do tests and let us know the result.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
