Have you updated the theme and Core plugin?
Did you do backup before the update?

Did you do a backup before the update?
As a rule, hosting support does the site backup every day or every few days.
Theme Options should not be lost after the update. But you can see recommendation about backup in our docs about the update.
Did you use child theme before the update? If so, try to activate it now. Theme Options are not inherited, maybe you just changed the theme and got such the result.

Issue with the sidebar caused by Themify – WooCommerce Product Filter plugin. It looks that they have some unnecessary close div tag that breaks the page HTML structure and moves the sidebar out of the row block but it should be inside https://prnt.sc/1xdxrdm
Contact the plugin author to fix the issue.
