the product category which i have arranged in sidebar according to that it was getting displayed in the product page after theme update, the product category are not in order in the product landing page

Hello,

Do you use the Product Categories WPBakery element on that page?
Provide FTP access to your site to fix this issue.

Hello,

Check now. Changes were made in woopress/framework/shortcodes.php. It will be fixed in next theme update.

1.please mention the steps where and in which line you changed.
2.why did not you made changes in child theme.

2) Because in the next theme update we’ll improve the element and plan to add the option to choose the order. So, there is no need to make changes in child theme in next theme update will include the fix of this bug.
