    Hello,

    We are now very desperate.
After an update, we can no longer edit or create articles on woocommerce.

We now constantly get a 403 error when we click save or update on the article.

We haven’t changed anything on the server, we haven’t updated any other plugins besides your core and theme.

Even if we turn off all plugins except Woocommerce and XSTore Core, it doesn’t work either

I also turned off the cache system and uploaded the standard htaccess, i.e. without any changes from wp-optimze.

I also checked the write permissions on the server again.

    We ask for help

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, PJone,

    Thank you for contacting us.

We would like to assure you that updating the theme typically does not lead to any issues. However, to assist you effectively, could you please capture a video of the actions you are taking and the problem that occurs?

Also, please read this article from Eleemntor plugin – https://elementor.com/help/publish-update-button-not-work/

Additionally, we recommend that you request your hosting provider to supply the server error log and to review the situation from their end.

Once you have this information, please share it with us so we can further investigate and resolve the issue.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, PJone,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.
Go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the Storefront theme.

If the situation is independent of the activated theme, we one more time recommend you contact your hosting provider.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
