After Theme Update color configuration not showing in main page

    Hello,

    I just update the theme and woo commerce to the latest version, however upon it has cause several issues I haven’t been able to resolver

    1. Theme is not showing the color I have configure for the footer (I have flush the site catch and it remains the same). Color are kind of aqua and it’s showing it in black.

    2. The topbar is not showing anymore even though it is enable.

    3. One of the product carousel on the main page has stop working.

    Lastly, I was unable to update the plugin: WPBakery Page Builder to the 5.4.7 version.

    Thanks for the topic.
    1. Could you, please, provide us with temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look?
    2. Theme Options > General > Header Settings > Top bar text color > Dark.
    3. Provide us with FTP access.

    Hello,

    The issue with the top bar color and footer have been resolved. I had to erase the color selected and add it again.

    However there is still the issue of:

    3. One of the product carousel on the main page has stop working.

    4. Unable to update the plugin: WPBakery Page Builder to the 5.4.7 version.

    I have wp access.

    Hello,

    3. You use latest theme version but the version of XStore Core plugin is old. Go to Appearance > Install Plugins > 8theme Core > click update.
    If after the update the problem won’t be solved, we need FTP access to check the problem more deeply.
    4. I’ve updated WPBakery Page Builder.
