We recently updated the XStore theme files and WordPress core files and now all pages are blank below the header area. The logo and menu appear but nothing else. However, when you view the backend of each page, all the content is there.
Hello @odez,
We recommend disabling any third-party plugins (including caching plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of your browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Hello,
We deactivated all plugins and set debug mode to “true” however, the problem still persists. The cache has been cleared several times.
We provided admin access, can someone take a look at the admin side?
Thanks
I think the problem is in the theme default page template. When I change to “blank” page template the contents of the page appear but not the header or footer areas. When I change to “default” page template the header only appears, the page contents and footer do not appear.

Hello,
We have resolved the issue by making changes to the file wp-content\themes\xstore\framework\features\optimization.php. The overall fix will be included in the next update.
