After turning on email builder website do not send emails

    Hey,

    after enabling email builder in Xstore website started not to send emails to recipients. What should I do?

    Hello,

    Are you sure that when the Builder is disabled emails can be sent?
    Do you face the problem with a particular type of letters or with all?
    Provide FTP access. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    Yes, emails started not to send after I enabled it. But now after disable sending also stopped to work
