Hello!
After update, header setup is gone… and unable to save any changes. It’s not the first time that problem occur with xstore.
This is a live website, and customer had not made is update sine a while…

At first sight, I do not see any problem with your site.
I was able to log in, but I can’t access Dashboard. Make sure that you set the administration role for the user and /wp-admin doesn’t any additional restrictions.
An error on your screenshot doesn’t tell me anything, could you translate it to English?
So, provide correct wp-admin access + temporary FTP access. Describe in more detail what exactly error do you have right now.

Well that is not solved yet… my mistake.
When we are connected, we dont have the same header of when we are not.
More, all items are not shown when we are not connected. Only when we are connected, we can see items.

We have access your website dashboard , your website product image is missing after logout. you have installed so many 3rd party plugins which might be create a conflict with the theme , as you can see in the screenshot.
kindly deactivate 3rd party plugin one by one and check this theme with default plugins after removing your browser cache and let us know.
Well.. they were already desactivated. So, you activated Optimize to test?
All plugins are desactivated now, except those who xstore need.
I have cleaned the database.
I will work on this and let you know if i need more help from you. I think a can handle it by myself.

Unfortunately, we don’t have option to control the mobile mode resolution. But if you move cart to connection block https://prnt.sc/z0hpdi then header looks better https://prnt.sc/z0ht0z
