After update the banners and post sliders don´t work properly

I updated to the latest version of the theme as well as the core, and after the update my banner slider as well as my post slider are only showing one enlarged post/product instead of acting like a slider like it´s supposed to. This has happened once before on another site, and I can´t remember how I got this fixed. But if this is going to be a recurring issue i would like to know how to fix this because we are considering using this theme for a lot of clients. The recent instability and slow response time has me concerned though, i dont want a scenario where i have to spend hours with support after every update…. Please help, and restore my faith in the otherwise fantastic theme =)

Hi,

I assume you are using CDN or caching plugins or both

if you are using caching plugins – clear your site cache

if you are using CDN – you have to wait till you CDN update your latest updates automatically.

PS:
It is not theme related.
It is related to your caching plugin and CDN

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me. I got it fixed by support chat. I don´t have CDN and I disabled cache plugin. It appeared it was due to Visual Composer that it didn´t work properly. There was a new version that needed to be downloaded from 8 themes website… =)
