After update translation likes your doc, translation not works

Hello Sir

I updated the translation files in french likes your recommendations in your doc, but after clear cache etc… translations not works.
Also, in the archive page product, when a products is out of stock, the variation out of stock have a cross, but in product page when variation is out of stock there isn’t the cross.

Can you help us please ?
