After updating theme part of my settings is lost!

after updating the theme, part of my settings lost.
I used the automatic update method. I didn’t do backup(((
On the main XStore theme, one part has been preserved, on the Child-XStore another. Tell me what I should to do?
How long wait for an answer?

Hello,

Always do the backup of files and DB before theme and plugins update or use staging site to test update and then if everything is ok update production site.

Unfortunately, I don’t remember your site very well before the update, so don’t understand what styles were changed. Could you, please, explain in more detail? At this moment I see just messed widgets only. So, go to Appearance > Widgets > check the prefooter, footer and copyrights widgets and move them to correct areas.
