After updating theme XStore via ftp, there is a problem.

Hello! I am writing to you in connection with a problem related to update of the theme XStore on my website arthingshandmade.com

After updating theme XStore via ftp, there is a problem with the visualization of the site.

I notice that the header menu was gone, and changes in footer after updating the theme and et-core-plugin .

for this information.

Hello,

It’s because you updated from the very old version. I have created a header using the header builder.

Check now. If everything is ok then you can update production site and then import options from the staging site to production (Theme Options > import/Export).
