Try to add the following code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS:

    .wpb_animate_when_almost_visible {
        opacity: 1;
    }

Or try to re-upload files of the plugin manually, and provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Try to disable cache plugin you are using and check pages without the previous custom code. Maybe the problem is caused by a cache.

    Hi Rose,

I’ve disabled the caching plugin W3 total cache and looking at the site using a different browser the page now looks good.

I’ve added my ftp and wordpress admin login details in the private area of a previous message if you are able to investigate further.

Is there a recommended caching plugin to use with X Store?

    Thank you

I notice that the page now loads in one go rather than animating as you scroll down, presummably due to the additional CSS code you asked me to enter?

When I remove the code the issue returns, so it isn’t simply a problem with the caching plugin as that is till disabled?

    Hello Rose,

I’ve just viewed the site across 3 different browsers and the issue is back. There is nothing below the slider or on The Abiut Us, Contact Us, etc pages.

Please check again and if necesary restore the code.

    Thanks

    Hello Rose,

I’ve cleared the cache in Firefox, Edge, Safari and Chrome browsers and am seeing the same issue.

I can see from your videos that all looks good, but not sure what else I can do? Could you please take one more look…

    Hello Rose,

I’ve had to disable the caching plugin and add your code again to get the pages working more or less – still no animation of course.

Immediately the issue cleared on my browsers.

I don’t believe that you had cleared the issue when you reinstated the caching plugin and removed the code.

Can you please take another look at what is happening or provide me with the previous version of the WPBakery plugin so that I can try installing that and see if it cures the issues.

    Thanks
    Ian

    Hello,

Before your actions, we checked in a few browsers (Chrome, Firefox) and all was fine. The problem was caused by .js error which comes from cached version of scripts, disabling the cache plugin cleared cache so once the plugin was activated new version of the cache is fine.
Why it doesn’t work on your computer? It is strange. Please check from other devices.
Here you can download the previous version of WPBakery (6.9.1)- https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/EQwLk

    Hi,

Thank you for the previous version of WPBakery plugin.

I checked on my iphone (Safari browser) as well as my wife’s Android phone and both displayed the same as with my PC browsers.

I will try and revert to 6.9.1 and see if all normal before trying to upgrade again, perhaps disabling the caching plugin first.

    Hello Rose,

I’ve tested as follows over the weekend,

    1. reverted to WPBakery 6.9.1 – site working as normal with animated pages
    2. activated cache plugin – site still working as normal
    3. removed additional CSS code – site still working as normal
    4. deactivated cache plugin
    5. updated WPBakery tp 6.10.0 – update screen reported that 6.10.0 required WordPress 4.9 in red, site now displaying fault, i.e. nothing below slider on header and nothing on About or Contact pages, etc Checked on a number of browsers after clearing browser caches.
    6. Activated cache plugin – fault still present
    7. reverted WPBakery to 6.9.1 and cleared cache – all appears normal

I hope this is helpful in finding where the issue is?

    Thanks
    Ian

    Hello,

Please download an archive of WPBakery 6.10.0 by link from the Private content area and test it.
If the problem persist, check how it works when a default WP theme activated (not XStore), for example – Storefront theme.
It is important to check if the problem persists with the default theme to find out if it comes from the theme or from something else. Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme. Then test and let us know the result.
Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.

    Hi Rose,

The link in th eprivate area does not work for me but I already have a copy of the WPBakery 6.10.0 plugin.

Can you explain what you mean by the widgets getting messed up and how I can prevent that happening when moving across to Storefront please. I’m not keen to undertake any testing which could leave the site messed up as it is an active important site.

    Thanks
    Ian

    Hello,

You need to make test of the plugin version we sent you. What file sharing service works for you?
Try to download archive of the plugin by new link from the Private Content area.
Just open the Appearance > Widgets tab before activation Storefront theme, and do not close this tab. Once tests will be done and you activate XStore theme back, go to Appearance > Widgets in new tab and compare content of widgets areas in 2 tabs. Maybe all will be the same, in case some widgets changes their places you, you need to place as they were, thats all.

    Hi Rose,

    I’ve been investigating further.

I’ve updated the site to the latest version of xstore theme/plugin and made updates to the other plugins – all latest versions.

I have another instance of Xstore running a website https://nigelhoyleceramics.co.uk and have upgraded it to WPBakery 6.10.0 without any problems. The plugins are very similar to those with the ajw-veh-fittings.co.uk install except for the caching plugin, I’m using WP-Optimize instead of W3, but overall there are more plugins installed.

I noticed that Jetpack had lazy load enabled with ajw-veh-fittings but not with nigelhoyleceramics, so I disabled it in Jetpack and tried the update but same issue is apparent. I then disabled and removed the W3 caching plugin and tried the update to WPBakery – same results!

I’m at a bit of a loss as both sites are running on the same hosting environment, have pretty much the same plugins, have the same theme and yet one exhibits the issue and the other one doesn’t.

I’m loathed to try storefront as I don’t want to mess up the configuration and I’m not sure it points to a theme issue…

    Any other ideas please?

    Thanks
    Ian

    Hello,

It is strange situation because we do not get reports about such problem from other our customers, and there is no this problem on our test sites.
It seems to have changed wp-admin access, we can’t log in now. Please provide correct access to site where the problem persists. If your site is live, create a staging site (a full copy of the live site, so we can do tests there).
Also, record a video of the problem, so I can pass it to our dev team.

    Hello Rose,

The site is very much a live site so I will look into creating a staging site. The details for the live site are in the private contact area again…

Once I have created the staging site I will pass the details on with a video of the problem.

    Many thanks

    Hi Rose,

I’ve created the staging site using a plugin, WP Staging, which uses a sub-directory for the site. The url is https://ajw-veh-fittings.co.uk/ajwtest/

WP user name and password in the private content area.

I updated the WPBakery plugin to 6.10.0 and the same issue exists as on the live site and which you saw originally. All plugins are up to date. Please bear in mind that the main site is very much live and important please. The staging site has an orange wordpress top bar to distinguish it from the main site.

I’ve not taken a video but I guess you can do that if need for your development guys.

    Good luck and many thanks,

    Ian

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.
Do you see the problem on the staging site?
We can see the content on pages with animations, without any problems(Chrome and Safari browsers). Please check video the Private Content area.
