Again, error on single product page: “There has been a critical error on this website.” The issue occurs with the X Store theme, but it works fine when I switch to a different theme.
please explain what the cause is and what the solution is!

To proceed further, we kindly ask you to verify the destination folder of our user. If everything seems to be in order on your end, we recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for assistance. It is essential for us to have access to your WordPress installation to continue with our support.
Please do not disable Brands via Theme Options (we’ve enabled them now https://prnt.sc/TGlLOGVnLN4K) till we get FTP access from you and fix the problem.
