Age Verification Pop Up – Page Refresh Issue On iPad – Different Behaviour on Different Devices.

    Hello, there is no options to manage certain behaviour of the Age Verification Pop Up.

    1: Main issue here is iPad view. Video attached.

    In this video, you can see that when a user clicks ‘yes I am’ it causes the page to reload, when the page reloads the pop up reappears, stopping the user from being to sign in on iPad device.

    2: Next issue is mobile view. Video attached

    In this video, you can see that when the user clicks ‘yes I am’ it automatically zooms into the login box, its quite a messy experience, and only happens on mobile device.

    3: Finally, the age verification pop up should appear on the home page AFTER LOGIN, my front page is set to ‘home’ (screenshot attached) but the pop up is appearing on the landing page ‘login page’.

    I believe the best resolution would be to ensure that the age verification only appears on the home page, not the landing page, this would erase the need to troubleshoot problems 1 and 2 because it would remove the age verification pop up from the landing page, which is responsible for the problem.

    Regarding the scaling effect on your device, it appears that certain modifications have altered the HTML meta scale parameters. Please see the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/FYPJB9QUZSKu. By default, our theme includes the following values: https://prnt.sc/kUBQjzQceuvv. This behavior may be caused by an active plugin or manual modifications made to the child theme files.     Top clearly states IPAD. your ‘screenshot’ which is actually a video, shows you are using desktop, not iPad. I provided a video, which shows iPad users can’t enter.

    Mobile view

    https://prnt.sc/FYPJB9QUZSKu. That is showing the elementor popup on the landing page, its irrelevant, because that pop up is temporary, however the issue still persists without the pop up being there.

    Please provide the resolution to ensuring this part of the theme doesnt ruin my website.
