Age Verify Popup does not allow access to my site

After updating the template to the latest version 9.4, it seems that the age verify popup does not work properly.
In particular, pressing the “NO” button removes the visitor from the site, while pressing the “Yes, I am at least 18 years old” button does not perform any action, effectively preventing access to the site.
At this time I had to disable the age control.

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. We will check what can be done to help you.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Hi,
unfortunately all plugins are necessary and cannot be deactivated.
The site is in production and therefore I cannot deactivate plugins useful for this purpose.
The malfunction occurred immediately after updating the theme to the latest release, so potentially the problem is in the theme.
Another solution?
