AJAX error in web and mobile version. Need solution

Hello.

My website constantly presents AJAX Error problems in the web and mobile versions, both for IOS and Android.

Several users have told me the same problem.

This has been persisting for quite a few months and I also requested it in another report, but it is still not resolved.

I need help for this since the website must be 100% operational and optimized to turn it into an app for my clients.

support staff only.

Hi @LVRB Love’s Rebel,

In this case, we would appreciate it if you could temporarily disable any non-essential third-party plugins that are not part of the XStore theme package. For your reference, you can find the list of included plugins here: [Included Plugins](https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/).

After deactivating the unnecessary plugins, please clear your browser’s cache and check if the performance issue persists. This step is important, as third-party plugins can sometimes lead to conflicts.
