Ajax error when saving Revolution slider

    Hello,
    I faced with the same issue as this case about: https://www.8theme.com/topic/ajax-error-when-saving-revolution-slider/
    How to solve it?

    Hello,

    I checked the mentioned topic and see that support staff was able to make changes and did not get the error.
    So, provide us with the temporary WP Dashboard access to your site, please, and server error logs. We’ll check the issue in more detail.

    There is error in the console log http://prntscr.com/w3a2jn Contact your hosting provider and show them this error. They should be able to fix the problem.

    Hello,

    We get that error after click “Save options”, so don’t have information on what the request Revolution slider sends. You can use the Chrome inspector to check the console error after the click of that button.

    Solved by whitelisting domain in modsecurity
