    Hi,
    our goal is to fix the bug in the image.

    The HTML blocks in the header are charging using the ajaxify, and I can’t disable it.

    I would like so to completly deactivate ajaxify service.
    There is any way?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Could you please provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Danny,

    We hope you are doing well.

    We implement such loaders for certain widgets to prevent layout issues while their corresponding CSS files are still loading. However, as per your request to remove these loaders, we have applied the following custom CSS:

    https://prnt.sc/UL8vXg69vit8

    body:not([data-elementor-device-mode]) {
        --etheme-element-loader-display: none;
        --etheme-element-loading-opacity: 1;
        --etheme-element-loading-visibility: visible;
    }

    Kindly review the changes and let us know if everything appears as expected.

    Best regards,

    Hi mates,
    I found wp rocket disabled.

    We need the cache service, so please could you provide a solution working with our cache system?

    Thanks!

    Dear @Danny,

    We have provided a solution that hides the loader on specific sections while your page is loading. However, if you prefer to keep the loader visible in these sections, you can simply remove the custom CSS we added in the Theme Options.

    Additionally, ensuring that your WP Rocket settings are correctly configured will help achieve fast loading and proper rendering of styles. For guidance on configuring WP Rocket, we recommend referring to their official documentation or reaching out to their support team.

    We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our support policy, as our assistance is limited to our own projects and does not extend to third-party plugins.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,
