Ajaz Add To Cart Doesn’t Show Loader When Clicked

When user click on add to cart button, it doesn’t show any kind of loader or progress bar. Product is getting added in cart but it doesn’t show any loader to let customer know product is being added in cart. Also buy now button opens mini cart instead of opening checkout.

Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that.

1/ We’ve checked adding products to the cart on your site, and Off-Canvas cart content is opening, this is correct behavior.

2/ Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we need to check the situation with Buy Now more deeply.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Add to cart is working and Off-Canvas cart content is opening, but my issue is add to cart button isn’t showing the loader animation after clicking, customer doesn’t know if it’s being added or not.

in this when add to cart is clicked, add to cart button shows circle animation and a check/tick when added to cart, same isn’t happening with us.

Please try adding this custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

We have observed that the WooCommerce Custom Product Addons plugin has overridden the add-to-cart form functionality of our XStore theme. Consequently, the loader icon on the add-to-cart button is not functioning as expected.

To isolate the issue, we created a draft product without any add-ons, which appears to be working correctly. Based on this, we believe the problem specifically involves the interaction between the WooCommerce Custom Product Addons plugin and our theme.

We kindly suggest that you reach out to the plugin’s author to address this issue, as difficulties arising from third-party plugins fall outside the scope of the support services we provide.
