All department list and categories list change

Hello,
How can i change the all departments and categories list menu to what my target audience needs? ( example of change : electronics to arts & crafts )

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can customize the “All Departments” menu to better suit your target audience by modifying the menu settings Appearance > Menus > edit the menu https://prnt.sc/vFpYn3XsmsPt > edit static blocks.
