All departments drop-down let it stay open

Hi,

I would need some help on:
How to keep All departments/categories open on all sites?

Do you know if this was added as a feature or if I can set it somehow?

For your reference, the resolution involved disabling the “For home page only” button located at: XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder > All Departments.

Additionally, we have provided a reference image in the private content area for your convenience.

I cleared my browser’s cache and checked it on 2 different browsers but the All department area is closing when scrolling.

How could I make it stay open?

Hello, @creativesite,

We would like to inform you that the issue you encountered was due to the sticky bottom header being enabled. We have now disabled this feature. You can verify this adjustment by navigating to XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder > Sticky Header in your admin panel.

Please ensure that you clear all cache on your browser to see the changes take effect.

Additionally, we regret to inform you that currently, there is no available option within the sticky header bottom settings to keep all departments permanently open.
