'All Departments' in sticky header

Hello,

I would like to add “All Departments” to sticky header, like in electronics store demo. See screenshot to understand.

Hello,

The header on our demo is created via Header builder – http://prntscr.com/poel0c http://prntscr.com/poeldn The builder allows creating the desired header for desktop and mobile from scratch (current headers layouts and settings will be deprecated in 2-3 months).
