Hi, echoing on what I mentioned in this topic : https://www.8theme.com/topic/all-departments-menu-always-open-after-update/
I am experiencing similar. Cleared server cache, purged caches in w3 total cache, doing whatever I can to clear any ‘cache’. Still experiencing same thing. Please help me fix? If many people are experiencing similar things, maybe there’s something that needs to be updated in your ‘cache’ system programming. Here’s my results : https://gyazo.com/d707e38d259979d9c9d2ad5a4c420114
Speaking of cache, your solutions in other people’s support topic kept mentioning “cache”. I know your “plugin installer” section recommends W3 Total Cache. I also know you have ‘cache’ system programming in the cache features integrated directly into Xstore in the “Appearance” > “Customize” section. My next question is, what will be the best setting when using both?
Also, there is another topic where “files generator” was mentioned. I wonder if it is a requirement every time we change theme settings via “appearance” > “customize”, or site-wide too (like updating homepage design via elementor)?
Lastly, could you tell me the steps you did on solving the issue above? I purchased a few licenses for other projects. It would be more efficient that I solve this for my other projects instead of asking support request 1 by 1 per project.
Thanks in advance.
Hi XStore support. Just want to let you know that it took too long for you guys to fix it, so my boss asked to remove the “All Departments” for the time being, not to permanently remove it. If you logged in into our administrator page and found it not setup in my “Appearance” > “Customize”, it is only because we need to remove it until you can fix it, due to the website is already live. If you already have the time, please log in and add it in again and test to solve the issue. Thanks in advance.
Hello,
Take our apologies for the delay in answering.
We have a built-in cache only for the menu and static blocks. So, you need to use any plugin you like to cache all the other things (CSS, JS, page cache etc).
We found that the issue with the All department menu styles appears if you use the File generator. Then additional styles required for this element are overwritten by the core plugin styles. We’ll fix the order of styles in the next theme update. Till that happened just don’t generate the styles file.

Hello,
We have fixed the issue. Check now.

Hi, can you lay down the exact steps of what you did? We have a few other projects to fix, and we can’t be waiting for you to help fix it one by one. Let me know, thanks.
Hello,
Go to XStore > Files generator > click the generate file button again to generate the correct styles.
Clear cache and check the site again.
