All of sudden there is error : “chart button in the HEADER area showing ZERO product”

    PLEASE SUPPORT, ALL OF SUDDEN FOLLOWING ERROR CAME:

    1) CART Button on the HEADER area showing ZERO items,
    even there are products in cart, and products are visible once going to checkout page but when customers click HOME buttons it showing ZERO beside the button.

    2) after removing items from the CART, again it showing up,
    This is very serious complain from our customers.

    1/ To better understand the issue you are experiencing, we kindly request that you provide screenshot of the problem or record a video demonstrating your actions and the problem. Please upload this video to any file-sharing service and provide us with the link.

    2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
