All of the test products say they are out of stock

Hello! All of the default products that came with the theme say “This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.” even though there is inventory. I’ve gone through the documentation a few times but I must keep missing something since I can’t get that to go away and test the flow as I’m working on the products archive and checkout flow.
