    I’m absolutely disappointed of having spent money for your program. There is no possibility to use one of your demos or templates. Of course I can upload them but when it says preview, it’s unformatted rubbish so please go ahead and try to help me here.

    It’s even impossible to change the copyright. It’s always your name and copyright and I don’t pay money for things which I have got to work on and it says your copyright. I’m so disappointed.

    I use elemental pro and I intended to check the NFT Crypto demo. But when you offer 130+ demos or premade shop at websites, it shouldn’t be a problem of a single one as a customer, like to have such choice and to find out which of the demos suits the best for my requirements

    Hey, why are you telling me that you have solved the problem you didn’t solve the problem things not working I sent you already a screenshot but screenshot is not going through and somebody of your department asked before credentials, so if I am locked in the system, you can see that I purchased your bloody program and now what about your 24/7 service – I asked you to help me with a problem, but you’re asking a silly questions and what about your service I pay for a service and my hosting told me that everything is fine by the way, I’m working with side ground which you’re offering as well so you know that they’re OK

    OK once more I have sent credentials through the private content area I have sent a screenshot through Google mail system. I’ve told you that I like to try that crypto theme however, I don’t know if I have to use it or use another theme so if you provide 130 different scenes, it should be up to me which one I’d like to use, so it’s not that I like to have a tailor-made installation right now I want to check what does suit my requirements for my side in my webshop. And I want to decide if I start continuing to work with you guys or if I work on the Astra pro Theme. But if you offer 24/7 I would appreciate a quick reply, so that I can continue with my work

    OK that is good news. I will have a look at it immediately. Please let me know what kind of third-party plug-ins your program doesn’t like regarding the one star evaluation. I really don’t appreciate that. You tell a customer to watch a video or to read the documentation assuming that they haven’t done it before before I go and try to talk to the support desk I check everything which is possible before hand so if the program is fine and it’s working I will consider and give you a better evaluation so just for sure because then you have helped me if not, anyhow I would ask you for refund. If this works fine that you get a good reputation but now I will check and I’ll let you know as soon as possible within the next couple of minutes

    Therefore, it is a standard recommendation to deactivate third-party plugins when installing a new theme. After a successful installation, you can reactivate the third-party plugins and test for any conflicts to ensure everything is functioning properly.

    OK first of all thank you for your help that wasn’t reasonable time. I have to underline that. Due to the fact that you will include the information about third-party plug-ins in your documentation shows that you are willing to develop your service and your software. I really appreciate this and that will be the reason why I would delete my comment, I’m not sure if I can do it or provide you better one so if you can tell me how I can delete the bad rating I will do it

    uuups, I’ve spotted that you haven’t installed a child theme, so I’m working on the real theme. You are advising in your installation documentation that you recommend to install a child team, so why didn’t you do that?

    OK that sounds good so if you do the reinstallation for me it will be fun if it’s OK for you you can do it from scratch so I don’t care if any of my adjustments will be lost so that I could do them new if this is OK for you, I will go ahead and send a revised rating.
