'Also Bought' carousel corrupted on mobile phone

Hi,
When viewing my staging site on a mobile phone (e.g. Google Nexus 5 and Samsung Galaxy S3) in portrait orientation the ‘People who bought this item also bought’ carousel can sometimes become corrupted.

When working correctly you see the carousel left/right navigation arrows and just one product, you click an arrow to proceed to the next product.

For some products this is not working, you do not see the carousel left/right navigation arrows and you see one and a bit products – the first product in full and a bit of the next product image below it.

The pages below when viewed on a mobile device (portrait) demonstrate the corrupt carousel. The site is password protected as it’s under development so access details are in the private content section.

The wp-admin details in in the private content.

I don’t have FTP access only to the staging1… website. If you really need it I’ll have to look into how to set that up for you – please let me know.

Hello,

The problem is you have little amount of the related products for those items.
If you check desktop variant you’ll see there is no slider as for this product, for example, http://staging1.firstclassvitamins.co.nz/products-page/usana-optimizers-usana-vitamins/usana-active-calcium-chewable/ because there are more than 4 related products.
You need mark more related products for those ptoduct items.

Hi EVa,
I’ve circumvented this by placing a dummy order with the low selling products and some popular ones together. Now it’s working properly as there are enough ‘also bought’ products for the carousel to be activated on the single product pages.

I do think that even if a product has only 1,2,3 or 4 ‘also bought’ products it should still display correctly on mobiles so perhaps this is something you can consider catering for in a future release?
