Alternate Shipping Address Not Appearing

We have an urgent issue with both of our sites, one using this Blanco theme and the other using your X-Market. After updating the sites, our customers are no longer able to add an alternate shipping address….it only allows the billing address.

Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin credentials and we’ll help with the issue.

I don’t have access to cpanel right now to set up the ftp but I am giving you admin access right now. Can you fix it using the theme editor? I wont be hope until late and far past your hours of support. This is a little urgent.

Please provide us with it as soon as you have access to cpanel.

Okay. Sorry for the delay but I think we have the ftp info worked out now. I’m providing it below. Please see what you can do. I’ve tried disabling plugins and there doesn’t seem to be a conflict.
