Always show the remove/delete item button on the modal mini cart

Hello,

I have similar problem as user Clau8826 in this topic:

The difference is that I want the trash can icon to be visible all the time, preferably with an animation.

I tried to edit the css code in the theme to make it work, but unfortunately I was not successful
