I see all this info about 120+ demos and one-stop plugins and add-on features that I simply have never been able to find.
On my site, I see maybe a dozen choices and a link to the 120+ more, but then when I find one I like, it tells me to BUY XSTORE. I already have, of course.
I read the entire documentation, and that did not assist me.
I set up my page and added demo content from the few options available, and I still don’t understand, as that just gives me more links to demos.
I have used woocommerce and WordPress for years, attempted this theme a few times, and just got frustrated.
I feel stupid! What am I missing or doing wrong?
Hello, @BubbaDan,
Please read our theme documentation about the theme Install and Demo import here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-installation/
And please watch the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4n1re0jKorc&list=PLMqMSqDgPNmCCyem_z9l2ZJ1owQUaFCE3&index=1
It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.
Please do the reset and reply with temporary wp-admin and Cpanel access here. We will help you with the import.
Please share your site super WP-ADMIN Login URL and Credentials and Cpanel in the below-listed format in the private content area of this topic so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly.

Also, let us know which demo you want to import and with which page builder (wp bakery, Elementor) so that we will help you out.
Regards 8Themes Team.
